Our goal is to provide superior quality dry cleaning and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our quality of cleaning, contact us within 14 days of the due date of the order and ZOOTS will reprocess your garment at no additional charge.

Pre-Cleaning Instruction ZOOTS employs a thorough six-step inspection process upon receiving each garment from our customers. As a result, ZOOTS may, on occasion, spot a potential problem with a garment and ask for your permission before processing it. There may be an issue of colorfastness, age or weakness of the fabric. If you authorize cleaning, the garment will be clearly marked by our ZOOTS cleaning technicians, and processed with extreme care. If we cannot obtain your authorization in a timely manner, then our garment specialists may decide to return your item without cleaning it.
Although our associates do their best to find objects left in garment pockets, ZOOTS cannot be responsible for them or the damage such objects might do to clothes during the cleaning process.

ZOOTS GARMENT PROTECTION POLICY

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, contact us within 14 days of the due date of the order and Zoots will reprocess your garment at no additional charge. Despite our best efforts to identify problem garments in advance, ZOOTS cannot assume responsibility for garments that have inherent manufacturer defects.

Issues must be reported by calling us at 1-757-488-6178 or by Contacting Us within 14 days of the due date on your order. ZOOTS does not assume responsibility for damaged or missing items beyond this time period. If in our assessment we are responsible for a damaged or missing item, you will be reimbursed the lesser of: 1) 15 times the cleaning cost of the item, or 2) the depreciated value of the item according to the International Fabricare Institute.
