In order to allow you, and only you, to access your personalized MY ZOOTS web pages, it is necessary for you to have your own password plus either your customer ID number or the email address we have on file. You can find your customer ID number on any of your ZOOTS receipts - it starts with a letter and is followed by all numbers. If you forget your password, you can receive a password reminder when you click on the "What's My Password?" button on the customer identification page (the page that automatically pops up when you try to enter MY ZOOTS). If you still can't remember your password, click on the "Help" button (also on the customer identification page), and we'll be happy to help. Please allow us 24 hours to respond to your request.
The "Remember My ID And Password" feature is included as an added convenience. If you click this button, you will not be prompted for your identification number and password when you come back to MY ZOOTS. Do not use this feature if you share your computer with someone who you do not want to see your personal account information. To disengage this function, check the "Forget My ID And Password" box located on your Preferences page.
