As a ZOOTS customer, our website can be a convenient way for us to communicate. MY ZOOTS, on the left navigation bar, is home to six important features: Preferences, Order Status, Schedule an On-Call Pick-up, Coupons, Special Care Instruction Forms and Communicate with Us.
The Preferences page lets you change your personal information including: your address and billing information; your laundered shirt preferences (boxed, hanger and starch selections); pick-up and delivery reminders; and coupons and email promotions. Please allow 24 hours for your new information to be reflected in your service.
Order Status lets you check any current or past orders that you have placed. You can view a list of all of your orders to see specific location, garment description, service type, sales amounts, dates, and status (checked-in, in process or returned). Each order has supporting detail that you can view by clicking on the order number.
Our Coupons are always available, and change frequently to offer discounts on a wide variety of our services. You can also sign up for email promotions - ZOOTS emails extra-value, money-saving offers regularly. If you are not already receiving these special promotions, add your email address under "Preferences", Contact Us or call us at 1-757-488-6178.
Coupons are redeemable at all ZOOTS stores and on participating home delivery routes. Whether you pay by check or credit card, home delivery customers should tear the top portion of your monthly statement and mail it in along with your coupons in the envelope provided. The discount will be credited to your next dry cleaning bill.
Special Instruction Forms can be printed out and used to communicate specific garment care instructions.
